Awagin Bizan Ropeway

Mt. Bizan is a symbol of Tokushima city. It was described in the Manyoshu poetry book as looking like an eyebrow through a sea of clouds. This ropeway leads to the summit of the mountain where, in addition to a panoramic view of Tokushima City, you can also see Awaji Island and the Kii Peninsula on sunny days.

April-October: 9:00-21:00
November-March: 9:00-17:30
January 1st: 6:00-17:30

Adult (middle schoolers and older): 900yen (one way), 1500yen (roundtrip)
Elementary schooler: 500yen (one way), 800yen (roundtrip)
Note: In the case that you hold a physical disability certificate, mental disability certificate, or psychiatric disability certificate, the ticket prices for the certificate holder and 1 person accompanying them (limit: 1 person over middle schooling age) are as follows:
Adult (middle schoolers and older): 450yen (one way), 750yen (roundtrip)
Elementary schooler: 250yen (one way), 400yen (roundtrip)
