As Tokushima City’s automated certificate delivery machine started to deteriorate and the maker of the machines no longer makes the machines, we removed the machine from the city hall at the end of September 2019. In order to receive certificates, please use the delivery machines at convenience stores with your Individual Number (My Number) card.
Notes about the "Tokushima citizen card"
- The “Tokushima citizen card” will still be an important card in the future.
- The “Tokushima citizen card” is a card that proves that you have registered your seal in our city. In the future as well, in order to receive seal registration certificates at the city hall or to complete a “seal registration change” procedure, you will need this card, so please keep it somewhere safe.
