Counters Offering Extended Hours
最終更新日:2026年1月7日
To make procedures at City Hall more convenient for citizens, Tokushima City offers extended services hours for certain procedures. These include moving notifications (for those moving into, out of, or within the city), the issuance of copies of residence records or full and/or partial copies of family registers, and procedures related to address changes or updates to the family register.
We hope that these extended hours will be helpful for those who may find it difficult to visit during regular weekdays due to work or other commitment.
(Note: Interpretation services are not available outside of the regular business hours.)
Hours of Operation
The 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month, from 8:30am to 12:00pm.
Notice of Special Extended Hour Operations
Due to an increase in address changes associated with job transfer and school enrollment, Tokushima City will open special temporary service counters on the last Sunday of March and the first Sunday of April.
March 29th, 2026 (Sun) 8:30AM - 5:00PM
