Fureai Waste Collection (A Garbage Disposal Service)

Fureai Waste collection is a service targeted towards those who may have particular difficulty with bringing their household garbage to designated areas. We go to our clients homes to receive their garbage, and per request, can also call households regardless of garbage collection as a safety confirmation service.

If any of the following apply, and the support of family or neighbors is not available.
（1）Those over 65 who have authorized need of assistance Level 2 or higher
（2）Disabled persons who have identification certificate issuance Level 1 or Level 2
（3）Those who have a certificate of rehabilitation with clearance level A1 or A2

We collect the following types of garbage: (1) Burnable Garbage (2) Nonburnable Garbage (3) Plastic Mark Garbage(bags, packages) (4) Cans, Bottles, Plastic Bottles (5) Newspaper Garbage (6) Magazines, Cardboard, Cartoon
Generally, garbage collection sites are usually by the clients front door or gate of their home.

Written applications are distributed and accepted at the Environmental Policy division window on the 10th floor of the main building of City Hall.
