Life in Evacuation

The Hinan-jo (Evacuation Center) is a facility that provides first aid, rescue, and information after safety from the disaster has been confirmed. 1. Your residence was damaged and you cannot live there anymore.
2. Your residence is in danger of damage.
3. Your residence is in danger of collapse by aftershocks.
4. Your residential area is isolated by the disaster and you joined a group evacuation.
