Online Retail 1-Day Bus Pass

As of July 1, 2021, Tokushima City began offering 1-day buss ticket passes through online retail through smartphones. (Service designed for mobile phone webpages) If you are going to be using city busses 3+ times in one day, we recommend purchasing these passes as they will be a great value.
With this 24hr-operating service, you can purchase a pass without having to go to a ticket counter. We hope this service will make purchasing tickets easier.

1. "Uniform Selection Ticket" pass (for select lines on the 210yen bus routes)
2. "General Route 1-Day All-Free Ticket" pass (for use on all Tokushima Bus and Tokushima Municipal Bus routes* including the Tokushima Airport Limousine Bus route)
* Excludes highway bus routes

Adult "Uniform Selection Ticket" - 500yen
Child "Uniform Selection Ticket" - 250yen
Adult "General Route 1-Day All-Free Ticket" - 1,000yen
Child "General Route 1-Day All-Free Ticket" - 500yen
(Prices are halved for people with disability handbooks)

You can purchase the passes through the Tokushima City Transportation Bureau or Tokushima Bus websites or by selecting the link to the official retail site that appears on Google Maps when you search for Tokushima City busses. (You do not need to download any apps.)

1. Click on the "Find ticket available for purchase" button on the upper half of the homepage.
2. Select the ticket pass you wish to purchase.
3. Select the type and amount of passes you wish to purchase.
4. Insert your credit card information and pay. Your ticket will be found in the "ticket" tab area that can be found on the bottom half of your screen.

Note: You will have to make an account (email address, password, first and last name, gender, birth year, and emergency number) in order to purchase a ticket through this system.

Please note that once you select to use your ticket pass that the pass's validity will expire by the end of the same day.

Please show the pass to the bus driver when you are getting off of your bus.

As of Oct. 5, 2021 the backs of eligible busses will gradually be decorated with a banner on the online retail bus ticket pass service (スマホ1日乗車券）.
