A free pass for Tokushima City Bus service is available from April 1st after the individual’s 69th birthday if the municipal residence tax on their income was less than 60,000 yen the previous year.

The pass is sent to the eligible registered residents in the end of March every year. For reissuance, please fill out an application at Counter 15 with your ID. (If a proxy is applying in place of the applicant, IDs of both the applicant and the proxy are required).

Massage coupons are available for registered residents from April 1st after the individual’s 74th birthday. This coupon will reduce the cost of the massage by 800 yen.

1 coupon per month, from the month of application (maximum of 12 coupons per year).

• Use each coupon once a month. Two or more coupons cannot be used at the same time.
• If the cost of the massage is over 800 yen, you will be responsible for the remaining amount.
• Massage coupons cannot be used with health insurance programs or other kinds of coupons.
• Coupons are valid until the end of the fiscal year (March 31).
