  • Please come with a translator if possible so you can get the correct diagnosis and proper treatment.

Office hours:

From 9:00am-12:00pm
Sundays, National Holidays, Long Holidays (Golden Week, Obon, New Years, etc.)

Items to bring:

  • Health insurance card
  • Certificate of medical subsidies for children
  • Etc.
