Support Coupon for at Home Child Raising in Tokushima

Tokushima City gives out 15,000 yen worth of coupons (30 coupons worth 500 yen each) to parents/guardians who do at-home child raising of their 0~2yr olds in Tokushima City in order to help reduce the mental and financial burdens of these families.

About the coupons
Who is the coupon for? Parents/guardians who are registered in Tokushima City’s Basic Registration System who are doing at-home child raising of a 0~2yr old and who meet the following:
Eligibility requirements
  1. The applicable child is registered in the same resident registration form as the parent/guardian
  2. The child is not attending a childcare facility (including unlicensed facilities)
Applicable uses
  • On temporary childcare services fees
  • On “Family Support” services
  • On care services for sick children
  • On vaccination fees
  • On fluoride application costs
  • On other support measures for housework
  • On the “Care After Birth” services, etc.
How to apply Households of children who were registered as residents in Tokushima City as of the 1st of the month before their birthday will receive application instructions in the mail. You must prepare a form of self-identification.
