Free Health Checkup for 3-year-old Children

3 years old is an important period where children start to exhibit their physical and intellectual abilities and the basis of their understanding of sociability and good lifestyle habits are formed. It is important that your child does not miss this checkup.

• A notice will be sent to children who have residence records in Tokushima City when they become 3 years and 6 months old (Information on the timeframe you can make your appointment for will be included on the notice.)

You will be informed in the 3rd year notice

• Child’s urine for test
