Free Health Checkup for 18-month-old Children

The 18th month is the best time to see how your baby has grown up both mentally and physically and to start teaching life habits such as brushing their teeth.

• A notice will be sent to children who have residence records in Tokushima City when they become 1 year and 6 months old (Information on the timeframe you can make your appointment for will be included on the notice.)

You will be informed in the 18 month notice
