About the Procedures You Can Complete at the Holiday-operating Counters

最終更新日:2022年3月9日

In order to make certain procedures such as moving in/out/within the City, receiving copies of your resident registration records, and those concerning family register documents easier to complete for city residents, Tokushima City has established certain procedural counters that operate on non-traditionally open days for the City Hall. As it can be difficult for many people to come during weekday hours due to work and other obligations, we hope that this system will be helpful for you.

(Note: Interpretation services are not available on holidays)

Hours of Operation

Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of a month
From 8:30~12:00

Additional operation times:
Sunday March 27, 2022 8:30~17:00
Sunday April 3, 2022 8:30~17:00
